A–C After knocking down NSUN2 in TAMs of BCa patients, both WB, PCR and ELISA showed that siNSUN2 group showed up-regulation of M1-related genes and down-regulation of M2-related genes, while the afterward knock-down of SOCS3 rescued these changes. D Results of flow cytometry revealed a greater proportion of M1 and a lower proportion of M2 in the siNSUN2 group while results in siNSUN2-siSOCS3 group are similar to the NC group in BCa TAMs. E NSUN2 promoted the pro-tumor effects of M2 TAMs while inhibiting the anti-tumor effects of M1 TAMs, and SOCS3 rescued the above effects brought by NSUN2.
