From: NSUN2-mediated m5C modification of SOCS3 mRNA modulates macrophage polarization in bladder cancer

NSUN2 promotes M2 polarization of TAMs by methylating SOCS3 mRNA, thereby activating the JAK2/STAT3 signaling pathway. Additionally, m5C methylation in BCa regulates the M1/M2 polarization of TAMs through the NSUN2-m5C-YBX1/TET2 axis.
