SU-DIPG-17 and SU-DIPG-33 cells were treated with 100%* IC20 berzosertib, irradiated 2 h later with 0, 2 or 4 Gy, seeded on the CAM-membrane of eggs. Membrane and tumors were collected 7 days after from the CAM. Representative images of tumors harvested on day 7 from the CAM of the cell lines SU-DIPG-17 (A) and SU-DIPG-33 (B).
