a Neural toxicity of Hcy towards primary neurons. Neurons were treated with 1–10 mM Hcy for 24 h, and neural viability was detected by CCK-8 assay. b ATX reversed Hcy-induced neural toxicity. Neurons were pre-treated with 0.5–5 μM ATX before Hcy co-treatment. c Morphological changes. Neural morphological changes with or without tubulin staining were observed by phase contrast and fluorescence microscope (magnification, ×200).
