C SW480 and HCT116 cells were transfected with HA-RNF31 plasmid and treated with 50 µg/ml TA, and the alteration in p53 protein expression was measured. D Immunofluorescence assays were performed with SW480 cells, and the intensity of colocalization between p53 and RNF31 was compared after treatment of cells with 50 µg/ml TA.
