A Indicated cell lines were treated with AZD4320, AZD5991, or both for 72 h, and apoptosis induction monitored by FACS using Annexin V / propidium iodide staining. B Apoptosis induction was confirmed by treating cells with drugs as single agents and in combination in the presence of the pan-caspase inhibitor Q-VD-OPh. Data represent mean ± SEM (n = 3) *p ≤ 0.05, **p ≤ 0.01 and ***p ≤ 0.001 (unpaired Students t-test).
