A The rat model of SCI was established, and rats were treated with EVs. The conditioned medium of HucMSCs treated with GW4869 was used as a control. A Nissl bodies in SCI rats were detected using Nissl staining on the 28th day after the operation. B–D Expressions of NeuN, GFAP, and NF200 were detected using immunohistochemistry. E Apoptosis in spinal cord tissues of SCI rats was detected using TUNEL on the 28th day after the operation. N = 6.
