A After LPS stimulation, neutrophil counts in the BALF were detected using flow cytometry. B RvD1 was administered through the tail vein on day 3 and the weights of mice were determined. C Treatment with RvD1 protected the lung tissues in LPS-induced ARDS. D Aerosol inhalation of LPS significantly increased TNF-α, IL-1β, and IL-6 levels in lung tissue, and RvD1 treatment decreased the levels of these inflammatory factors. E Treatment with RvD1 reduced infiltration of neutrophils in the BALF.
