HT-29 cells were treated with 10 µM Smac mimetic LBW242 and 20 µM ZVAD for 1 hour prior to stimulation with 20 ng/ml rhTNF in combination with different concentrations of ketamine for 24 h. A Cell viability via measuring ATP level in every group. B LDH release was used to determine the survival of HT-29 cells. C, D Immunoblot analysis of p-MLKL and GAPDH in HT-29 cells.
