A GBM cells were treated by indicated concentrations of TAK-243 for 72 h. The cell viability was examined by CCK-8 assay. B U87 and LN229 cells were incubated with indicated concentrations of HA15 for 72 h, respectively. Cell viability was assessed by CCK-8 assay. C, D U87 (C) and LN229 (D) cells were treated by TAK-243 combined with different concentrations of HA15 for 72 h. The cell viability was examined by CCK-8 assay. Combination index (CI) of the combination of HA15 and TAK-243 in U87 and LN229 cells was calculated by the Chou-Talalay methods.
