AC CircRPAP2 overexpression-induced cell proliferation and migration can be rescued by overexpression of SRSF1 as determined using by colony formation (A), MTT (B), and Transwell migration assays (C). DI CircRPAP2 overexpression-mediated reduction in PTK2 mRNA and protein expression and increase in PTK2 pre-mRNA could be recovered by overexpressing SRSF1 in BC cells as determined by qRT-PCR and western blotting. J CircRPAP2 overexpression-mediated reduction in PTK2 protein expression could not be recovered by mutant of SRSF1 binding site in BC cells as determined by western blotting.
