A Fluorescence photographs were shown the autophagosomes of H3122 and H2228 cells which were treated with lorlatinib (10 nM) for 48 h. Scale bar is 40 μm. B Transition electron microscopic images of cells treated with or without lorlatinib for 48 h. More autophagic vacuoles (AVs) were observed in the lorlatinib-treated group than in the control group. C H3122 and H2228 cells were treated with the indicated concentrations of lorlatinib for 48 h. And after treatment, western blot analysis was performed to measure the protein expression levels. GAPDH was included as a loading control. D H3122 and H2228 incubated with lorlatinib (10 nM) for 48 h, with or without treatment with CQ (10 μM) were analyzed for autophagy flux by western blot analysis.
