C28/I2 cells were incubated with MSU (200 μg/mL) for 24 h. The ratio of LC3-II/I (A, B) in the presence or absence of bafilomycin A1 was detected by western blot assay. The expression of Beclin1 (C, D) in the indicated groups was detected by western blot assay. Cell viability (E) was detected by CCK-8 assay. Results are the mean ± SD for three individual experiments. *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01.
