Cell population infiltrating the Integra scaffold were evaluated by flow cytometry and identified as CD45^-CD31⁺ endothelial cells (A), CD45^- non-immune cells (B), CD45⁺ total leukocytes (C), CD45⁺F4/80⁺ total macrophages (D), CD45⁺F4/80⁺CD80⁺ M1-like macrophages (E), CD45⁺F4/80⁺CD206⁺ M2-like macrophages (F).
