AC C57/BL6 wild-type and Tim-3 knockout mice were stimulated with cisplatin (30 mg/kg) for 72 h. IL-1β, TNF-α, and IL-10 mRNA levels were determined using quantitative RT-PCR (n = 3–5). DF BUMPT cells were treated with 40 μM cisplatin with and without soluble Tim-3 recombinant protein for 24 h. IL-1β, TNF-α, and IL-10 mRNA levels were determined using quantitative RT-PCR (n = 3). Data were shown as means ± SD (n = 2–9 per group). Statistical significance was determined using two-way ANOVA followed by Tukey’s post hoc test. The experiments were repeated at least three times.
