A Workflow of the lung metastasis model. C57BL/6 mice were divided into four groups, namely, B16F0-PBS, B16F10-PBS, B16F0-aPD-1, and B16F10-aPD-1 (n = 6 per group), and B16F0-Luc or B16F10-Luc cells were injected into the tail vein. B Bioluminescence assay showing the fluorescence intensity of lung metastasis focuses on C57BL/6 mice at baseline (left panel) and endpoint (right panel). C Statistical charts of the bioluminescence assay (upper panel) and H&E staining assay (lower panel). D Image showing the dissected lungs of C57BL/6 mice in these four groups. E Representative H&E images of lung metastasis focuses. F Immunofluorescence assay showing the infiltration levels of CD8+ T cells and Tregs in the lung metastasis focuses of the four groups. aPD-1 anti-PD-1, MET score metastasis score, H&E hematoxylin and eosin. *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, ***P < 0.001, ****P < 0.0001. All experiments were performed at least three times.
