Strategies targeting senescence include clearance of senescent cells, modulation of senescent cells, and regulation of SASP secretion. Quercetin, dasatinib, and navitoclax have been proven to remove senescent cells. ROS inhibition, hypertension inhibition, and CR prevent SASP secretion.
