A-D Colony formation and CCK8 assays indicated the change in cell proliferation ability of RKO and HCT116 cells induced by shLINC02418 was reversed by CTNNB1 overexpression. E–H Transwell assay indicated the change in cell migration and invasion abilities of RKO and HCT116 cells induced by shLINC02418 was reversed by CTNNB1 overexpression. I The protein changes of typical Wnt signaling pathway-targeted genes in RKO and HCT116 cells induced by shLINC02418 were reversed by CTNNB1 overexpression.
