A Gene expression data from TCGA-STAD (n = 414) and ACRG (n = 300) were downloaded to estimate the FRG SignatureScore, which was used to generate the heatmaps. FRG signature was able to classify patients in ferroptosis-prone and apoptosis-prone. Association of these subgroups with clinicopathological features was assessed. B Different outcomes data were used to evaluate prognostic value of the FRG signature, which was found to be associated with better progression- and relapse-related ones.
