LNC-SNO49AB improves ADAR1 dimerization and its editing activity. Compared to normal hematopoietic cell, leukemia cell has a higher expression of LNC-SNO49AB, which can significantly enhance the activation of ADAR1-mediated RNA A-to-I editing.
