Immune cell aggregates, DALTs, are located along with sinuses. The largest structure was located at the rostral-rhinal venolymphatic hub. This structure is surrounded by fenestrated blood vessels and lymphatic vessels. Antigen or pathogen exposure initiates local immune response from the DALT.
