Candidate epitope peptides increased the frequency of IFN-γ+/CD8+ T cells in DC-peptide-PBL cocultures. DCs were induced for 7 days from healthy donor PBMCs and then coincubated with candidate epitope peptides and autologous PBLs for 14 days. Cells were harvested and stimulated with the corresponding candidate peptides for another 16 h followed by IFN-γ ICS. The frequencies of IFN-γ+ T cells in the CD3+/CD8+ T cell population for each positive epitope peptide and each responding donor are presented as histograms
