a and b are the temperature-dependent sheet resistance measured on the Ti2O3-HT and Ti2O3-LT films, respectively. No zero-resistance state was observed on Ti2O3-LT, while all the Ti2O3-HT samples showed superconductivity. Detailed growth conditions for all samples are listed in Table S1
