Expression of apical polarity markers (tight junction proteins Claudin-1 and -5 and ZO-1), lateral polarity marker (adhesion junction protein E-cadherin), and basal polarity marker (α6-integrin) was confirmed in horizontal views at z = 46 µm. For front views, apical and lateral portions were visualized from the mammary duct channel, and the basal portion was visualized from COL1 hydrogel. Scale bar, 50 µm
