A total of 1010 copies/mL pseudoviruses bearing S protein were incubated with different concentrations of CPs for 15 min and then irradiated with white light for 30 min. The light-irradiated mixtures were used to infect HEK293T/ACE2 cells, and the infections were analyzed by measuring luciferase activity.
