Neolymphatic vessels induced by Lymphanax expressed protein markers indicating characteristics of lymphatic vessels: lymphatic vessel endothelial hyaluronan receptor 1 (LYVE1), Prospero homeobox protein 1 (PROX1), vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 3 (VEGFR3), CD31, reelin (RELN), vascular endothelial cadherin (VE-cad), and Ki67. F-actin (red) indicates the location of each cell. Immunofluorescence images of neolymphatic vessels were obtained under V100 and V100 + L250 conditions. Scale bars indicate 100 µm.
