Eyes were subdivided into those with at least 70% responsiveness of the refractory exudative fluid (intraretinal + subretinal fluid) at 1 week from injection (n = 26), and those with less responsiveness (n = 19). The error bars indicate the standard deviation. The difference between the groups was significant after 5 years of follow-up (p = 0.016, analysis of variance).
