Lentiviral vectors were incubated in culture medium at 37 °C with or without polybrene for the indicated time. At t = 0 all samples were added to cells simultaneously. Two days post transduction cells were harvested and assessed by flow cytometry. Lentiviral vectors were incubated in culture medium at 37 °C for the indicated time and processed further as above. Each graph represents an independent experiment, error bars in the graph represent ± standard deviation of technical triplicates.
