The IMGT V gene alleles identified in the pmTR database are shown here with the IMGT identifiers. The alleles absent in the superpopulations are not colored (white background) whereas the frequency of the alleles in the superpopulation is visualized using heatmap (yellow (0.1%)—Blue (50%)—Brick Red (100%)). The last column shows the haplotype counts of these alleles. The light blue shaded frequencies depict the alleles with <100 haplotypes. Majority of the known alleles are >30% frequent in all the super-populations.
