A RT-qPCR was performed to determine Alkbh5, Fto, Mettl3 and Mettl13 levels between control and RT + anti-PD-1 groups in murine HCC model. B Hepa1-6 cells were treated with RT+anti-PD-1 or/and Alkbh5-OE. The morphological changes of cells were examined using TEM (red arrow, the disappearance of mitochondrial cristae). C Intracellular ROS level was evaluated by the DCFH-DA staining assay. D The content of Fe2+ in cells were detected by an ELISA kit. *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, ***P < 0.001.
