Hepa1-6 cells were treated with RT+anti-PD-1 or/and Alkbh5-OE. A RT-qPCR assay was performed to measure Alkbh5, Hspb1, Tfr1, Pcbp1, Gpx4, and Acsl4 levels in Hepa1-6 cells.
