From: Pathogenic mosaic variants in congenital hypogonadotropic hypogonadism
L6 myoblasts were transiently transfected with either wild type (WT) or mutant FGFR1 complementary DNA (cDNA) along with the osteocalcin FGF response element (OCFRE) luciferase reporter. FGFR1 mutant values expressed as the percentage of maximal WT. The assays were performed in triplicate and repeated three times.
