The r.t1 column gives the Pearson correlation coefficient between the PLS components t1 and the habitat metrics. These values are displayed in bold when the metrics significantly contribute to the construction of the PLS components. R2.t1 and Q2.t1 values associated with the first component respectively indicate the proportion of the response variable variance and the cross-validated proportion of this variance explained by each PLS component. Q2 values above 0.0975 indicate that the PLS component has a significant effect on the response variable and are displayed in bold. Q2.t2 values associated with the second component are also displayed for information purposes. miwcomp.dps and miwprun.dps refer to the MIW-DPS computed from complete and pruned genetic graphs respectively (similar notation for the MIW-FST).
