The black bar on linkage group 6 represents the putative S-locus QTL, with the circle showing the LOD peak and the extent of the bar showing a composite of the 95% Bayes credible intervals for several mapping methods. Map visualization was performed using “LinkageMapView” (Ouellette et al. 2018).
