  1. The variance in each trait is explained by Line in the Original lines and in the Cybrid lines. In original lines, the variance originates from both the nuclear and mtDNA. In the cybrid lines, variance indicates the variance explained by the different mtDNAs once introgressed onto the ORT nuclear background. The ratio of Cybrid/Original variance indicated the proportion of total variance in each trait explained by mtDNA.
