From: Two sympatric lineages of Australian Cnestus solidus share Ambrosiella symbionts but not Wolbachia
Lineage assignment occurred based on sequence analysis of mitochondrial and nuclear gene markers. Blue indicates detection of Wolbachia and dark grey absence of Wolbachia in individuals based on wsp PCR assays and sequence analysis.
