For each nest (T52-56, depicted with different colours), we show the percentage of the whole genome methylated in each of the three cytosine contexts (CpG, CHG, CHH). In each panel, we give the nests' statuses as either Alive (A), the first time point they were measured at, or Dying (D), the second time point. We link the two statuses for the same nest within one context with a solid line.
