Samples were collected before inoculation with P. viticola or E. necator (T0) and at the end of experiments (Tf). RT-qPCR signals were normalized to VvAct and VvUBI transcripts. NE_CTR, CH_CTR: virus-free plants; NE_GRSPaV, CH_GRSPaV: GRSPaV-infected plants; NE_GFLV, CH_GFLV: GFLV-infected plants. Data are presented as the mean ± standard deviation (SD) (n = 3).
