Fruits at the LG stage were fully injected with Agrobacterium carrying the different single reporter constructs, and on 4 days after the injection, the reporter activity was measured. The vertical coordinate denotes the number of fruits with reporter activities within each corresponding region shown in the horizontal coordinate.
