The cells were incubated with 2% DMSO, 10 mM BA, and 10 μM oryzalin alone, or combined with 9 μg/ml harpin for 12 h (A), 24 h (B), and 48 h (C). Treatment with 9 μg/ml harpin alone served as positive control, treatment with water as solvent control. Cell mortality was scored by the Evans Blue Dye Exclusion Assay. Data represent means and standard error. Means denoted by different letters are significantly different at P < 0.05
