Normalized read depth for the chloroplast (a) and mitochondrial (b) genome sequences were calculated in a sliding window of 1-kb. Because we observe no unique deletions or duplications in the Bur plasmotype that might be causal to the phenotypic effects observed in cybrids with the Bur plasmotype.
