Results are representative of three independent assays that gave similar results. b, Data showed dosage-dependent guanine nucleotide exchange activity of RopGEF1 for ROP6. Various concentrations (0, 0.5, 1, 2āμM) of RopGEF1 were tested toward ROP6. The experiments in a and b were performed independently at least three times with similar results.
