The large-area AFM setup presented here includes an automated AFM imaging platform with a user-friendly graphical interface for configuring optimal grid design and spacing. The system also features an automated processing and analysis workflow, which involves image flattening, stitching, and segmentation to generate property maps and perform statistical analyses.
