The complementary of 5 and 3 terminal and the conservation of the intergenomic region of PRNRHV1 are shown. Newly identified viruses in this study are marked with solid red star. The hollow red star represents SBCNNV1, which was previously misnamed as soybean cyst nematode nyami-like virus. Ns, gaps in the assembled viral genome. Animal nematode-associated viruses are followed by a nematode illustration. Q.pfam+F + I + R7 was selected as the best-fit model.
