The Kaplan–Meier survival curves between RS-High and RS-Low demonstrate a 25% absolute OS difference, or a relative risk of death of 25 in the held-out validation cohort, the Institutional-Radiomic cohort (n = 116) (Log-rank test, p = 0.013).
