Workflow and data set. a Circular RNA expression was analyzed in total RNA from 457 NMIBC samples using a modified version of the find_circ pipeline (see Methods). In total, 38,365 unique circRNAs were identified and characterized. A total of 279 highly expressed circRNAs were analyzed and annotated with their biological features and clinical correlations.
