Y-axis in the left denotes the number represented by the bars (three bars per gene set): the total number of genes included in each gene set for the weighted analysis, the total number of 22q11.2DS-CTD cases and controls. Genes were weighted by gene expression level (blue dots indicate P-value; scale on Y-axis; red star is significant after FDR correction).
