Genomic risk loci are highlighted in blue and the strength of linkage disequilibrium r2 between each SNP to the lead SNP is given by the following color code: red (r2 > 0.8), orange (r2 > 0.6), green (r2 > 0.4), blue (r2 > 0.2) and gray (r2 ≤ 0.2).
