Changes in the highlited frequency region indicates the interaction between s-SWCNTs and PEO: LiClO4. b The presence of D-band in Raman spectra is a diagnostic of disorder and sidewall defects. The relative intensity of the D-band to G-band of 0.43 indicating the functionalization of the s-SWCNTs. The ionic behaviors were uncovered by the investigation of the conduction mechanism for the forward and reverse IV characteristics plotted in log scale in c, d.
