High-resolution spectra for a, g Al 2p, b, h Co 2p, c, i Cr 2p, d, j Fe 2p, e, k Ni 2p and f, l O 1s collected a–f before and g–l after static immersion in a 3.5 wt% NaCl solution for 6 h at room temperature. The spectral deconvolution into component peaks is also shown.
